Training Session

I made this little video with Red Bull Denmark – Looking forward to see where this cooperation is gonna take me.


It is on Danish but there are a couple of hints to each exercise:


First of all it is important to warm up your wrists very carefully on this circle.

An effective circle is 20s work – 10s rest,  all three exercises times 8 reps and up… 🙂


Exercise 1 – Two step: Hold your but down so there is alignment form heel to backhead – Focus on tightening the core when lifting arms and feet.


Exercise 2 – Superman Push-up: Get as far back as possible – Bent your knees – Feel the weaknesses in the outta positions.


Exercise 3 – Sit through reach: Start up slowly – Think explosiveness
